GENERAL SECTION

  1. We make use of all the copyrights provided for by Art. 603 of the Italian Penal Code, anyone who shamelessly copies or partially reproduces our ideas will be subject to a criminal trial.

  2. In addition to the first point, anyone who violates our Copyrights will also be reported via the DMCA Takedown Request which will close any copy and take sanctions against the creators.

  3. It is forbidden to use our systems for violent, sexual or racist purposes, it is also forbidden to abuse any problem or bug in our system to damage its operation.

  4. We do not assume civil and/or criminal liability arising from any complaints of defamation, our services comply with local, European and US regulations, our reports are not defamatory, but only informative to protect other users from any dangers or risks that your community can run.

  5. All our reports are verified and checked several times by our intelligence team, however it is possible that errors are made as the system is made up of one and only human beings, in this case it will be necessary and the problem will be solved.

  6. All reported users have the right to view the evidence provided to the operators at the time of reporting, however the name of the reporting user will be censored and it will not be possible to communicate it to the reported user who is requesting to view the evidence.

  7. All tickets are protected by privacy, we will not be allowed to spread their contents to anyone who does not have access to them and all reports will remain anonymous in respect of privacy.

  8. All staff do not assume civil and/or criminal liability deriving from involuntary violation of privacy. We point out and remind you that new operators could be hired at any time and therefore automatically receive access to the ticket and the chat itself.

  9. All terms and conditions present in our official store apply at the time of purchase of one or more products.

  10. In the event of theft of the account, it will be necessary to contact us to withdraw any reports caused by the malicious user who has obtained illegal access to the account. However, we would like to point out that valid evidence will be necessary to remove the reports and it will be at the discretion of our staff to evaluate an outcome.

  11. We do not report any legal entity in real life, but simply the discord account that makes a violation.

  12. Our main contact method is via Discord, however if you are banned from our main support server it will be possible to contact us via email, we would like to point out that we do not ban unless extremely necessary.

  13. All users who are flagged as “dangerous” by our systems have the right to appeal the report, following the useful information reported under these terms.

  14. All terms and regulations present in our Support Server (Discord) apply to these.

  15. These terms may change at any time and without notification, so please check them frequently and stay updated on any changes.

  16. Anyone who violates our Terms and Conditions while using one of our products or on one of our social networks will be prosecuted according to the laws present in the Italian territory.

  17. For issues relating to the setup of the bot we need to check the content of your message during the setup itself, all information is not collected in any database, your privacy is ensured.

  18. All our terms and conditions pages are written in international English to allow everyone to understand them, if you cannot read English you can use a free translator, however we assume no responsibility in the event of an incorrect translation and/or of misunderstanding of one or more articles in these terms and conditions.

APPEAL SECTION

  1. The staff is not required to interpret your answers. What you write must be clear and understandable. In the answers to the questions in the form you must answer the questions and not write what you want.

  2. It may take up to 7 working days after sending the form before receiving an actual response.

  3. Our staff wishes to communicate that we reserve the right to refuse any appeal for any reason, unless the request cites and highlights an error in the report.
