💬Discord Policy

These are the rules within our Official Discord Server.

ARTICLE ONE - Common sense

1. Treat all people with respect. Avoid teasing, snide remarks, or general disrespect.

2. Treat all people equally, discrimination based on gender, ethnicity, religion, nationality and any other form will not be tolerated.

3. Incitement to hatred is not tolerated, and consequently political or any other kind of position is not permitted.

4. Remaining impartial in the face of violation of the rules is prohibited. If a user should explicitly violate a rule of our rules you will be required to report it to the staff, any comments, laughter or attitudes that will fuel inappropriate conduct will be sanctioned.

5. Always respect the privacy of other users, avoid sharing sensitive content or private information.

6. Keep your profile in order by avoiding political stances, flippant descriptions/status, or sensitive content of any kind.

7. It is mandatory to maintain a clean and civil environment for everyone, therefore it will be forbidden, even among friends, to resort to insults, foul language or counterproductive behavior.

8. Do not disturb other users in any way, whether this occurs in chat or voice channels.

9. Any other sanctions may be attributed at the discretion of the staff referring to "common sense".

ARTICLE TWO - Server rules

1. It is forbidden to mention a staff member unnecessarily, instead it will be allowed to mention a single staffer who is online at that moment to report a violation of the rules in the chat.

2. Engaging in "trolling" behavior and entering the server for the purpose of "raiding" or "nuking" will be punished with a permanent ban with no possibility of appeal.

3. It is always forbidden to mention a member of the administration or foundation.

4. The promotion of a server or any other external service not relevant to our server will not be tolerated, regardless of whether this is explicit (by sending links) or implicit.

5. All references to sexual relations or adult content are prohibited.

6. Impersonating any of our staff members or any other person will be prohibited and punishable.

7. It is forbidden to ask for support from our operators through direct messages (DM).

8. Some channels may have specific rules written in the channel description, not following those rules will result in a penalty. (Example: #🔴・chat-supporto).

9. To facilitate the work of our chat moderators, all users are asked to speak only in Italian or English.

10. Repeating the same infraction several times over time can lead to a variable increase in the disciplinary measure.
